Milton 'Milly' Powers is 2013 Mr. Tyler County

Milton "Milly" Powers was named 2013 Relay for Life Mr. Tyler County, besting all the other "beauties" to take the top spot in this year's competition. A crowd gathered at Woodville Elementary Cafeteria Saturday night to cheer on this year's contestants, and help raise money for cancer research.

Woodville Municipal Judge Judith Haney and Tyler County Sheriff Bryan Weatherford  MC'ed the event that was capped by Haney's crowning of this years winner.
