Dogwood Princesses distribute Dogwood trees—The Tyler County Dogwood Festival Princesses were out last week distributing Dogwood trees, and are shown here at Tyler County Courthouse. Dogwood Princesses are Woodville Princess Morgan Hammons, Chester Princess Kelli Handley, Colmesneil Princess Allicyn Monk (center) with 2013 flower girl Emma Jeansonne, Warren Princess Kelsey King and Spurger Princess Jessica Burrell. The trees were donated by East Texas Home Health.
