Warren finishes seasons strong

On Friday, May 9, Cody Hammonds competed at the state track meet. Hammonds earned first place in the 800 meter dash for the second year in a row.

On Thursday, May 1, the Warren Warrior varsity baseball team ended their season in the first round of the play-offs against Groveton 12-5. The Warriors had an excellent season overall. Warren had an overall record of 18-6 and a district record of 8-2. Graduating seniors for the Warriors included Brandon Choate, Matthew Foxworth, Kyle Hathaway, Justin Stewart, and manager Terry Fendley.

The Lady Warriors volleyball team will be hosting a spring league on Mondays and Tuesdays during spring. The younger junior high teams will participate on Mondays, and the older high school level teams will compete on Tuesdays. The high school Lady Warriors have two high school level teams participating in the spring league.
